Shipping

  • Order Processing

    Orders are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving payment.

    You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed.

  • Shipping Methods

    We offer standard shipping via USPS and UPS and express shipping options for domestic order. Shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Domestic Shipping

    Standard shipping typically takes 5 business days. Express shipping options are available for faster delivery.

  • Order Tracking

    Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the progress of your package.

  • Shipping Delays

    In rare cases of unforeseen circumstances or high order volumes, there may be delays. We

    appreciate your patience and understanding.

Returns

  • Returns

    We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at returns@virtuous-closet.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  • Eligibility

    Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

  • Return Process

    Securely pack your item(s) with the original packing slip and RA number.

    Ship the return package using a trackable and insured shipping method to the address provided with the RA number.

  • Refunds

    Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

    Original shipping charges are non refundable.

  • Exchanges

    We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please place a new order and return the original item.

  • Defective or Damaged Items

    If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange for a replacement or refund.

  • Return Shipping Costs

    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or

    damaged item.

  • Final Sale Items

    Certain items, such as accessories or items marked as final sale, are non-returnable.
